PARTICIPATION RULES
Participant registration is carried out through the Microsoft CMT (Conference Management Toolkit) service. A detailed guide to using Microsoft CMT is available on the Help Center page..
Before starting the registration process, you must log in to your account. To submit an application for conference participation, fill in the online registration form under the “Author Console” tab by clicking the “+ Create new submission” button and selecting the thematic section of the conference. Complete the form by providing all required information: title of the paper, short abstract, confirmation of the selected section, author details (no more than 3 authors), a contact phone number for communication with the Organizing Committee, and upload the abstract file in Word format (*.doc or .docx). Click “Submit” to finalize your application.
After registration, you will receive a Participant ID, which serves as a unique identifier assigned to each submitted paper. Please make sure to save it!
Please note that abstracts may be submitted either at the time of registration or later, but strictly before the registration deadline.
It is necessary to upload the abstracts of your paper before the registration deadline. Your abstracts must be prepared in accordance with the conference requirements as an attached file (please use your registration credentials). The abstract file must be submitted in MS Word format (*.doc or *.docx).
The formatting requirements and the official abstract template can be downloaded from the “Publication of Abstracts” page. The length of the abstract must be two full pages. The paper title should be as concise as possible and clearly reflect the essence of the research to be presented. Please note that the maximum number of authors per abstract is three, and one researcher may not be an author (or co-author) of more than two abstracts.
If necessary, the information you have provided can be edited using your registration credentials, but no later than the final submission deadline.
The content of the abstracts will be preliminarily reviewed by the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject a submission due to non-compliance with registration rules, inconsistency of the paper’s topic with the scope of the conference, lack of originality, or plagiarism. The authors bear full responsibility for the content and formatting of the submitted abstracts.
The organizational fee for participation in the conference is 100 UAH.
This fee covers the organization, hosting, and technical support of the conference.
Publications authored by students and postgraduate students of KNUCA will be included in the conference proceedings FREE of charge.
To make a payment, please indicate the participant’s surname, application ID received during registration, and the purpose of payment.
Accommodation, meals, travel expenses, as well as participation in cultural events are covered by the participants at their own expense.
A registered participant of the conference is considered to be anyone from whom the Organizing Committee has received the complete registration data and the registration fee within the established deadlines.
Each registered participant is assigned a Participant ID, which corresponds to one presentation. Please note that the maximum number of co-authors (presenters) per paper is three, and one researcher may not be an author (or co-author) of more than two presentations.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject a submission due to non-compliance with registration rules, inconsistency of the paper’s topic with the scope of the conference, lack of originality, or detection of plagiarism. The author(s) bear full responsibility for the content and editing of the submitted abstracts.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
