GENERAL INFORMATION
is an annual international scientific and practical conference launched in 2015 at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, which was the result of many years of development of an interdisciplinary university conference for young scientists.

REGULATION
1. REGISTRATION
OF THE PARTICIPANTS
All conference participants need to register and confirm their personal participation before the official opening of the conference.

2. OPENING
OF THE CONFERENCE
The official opening of the conference begins with a welcoming speech by the chairman of the conference, after which an interdisciplinary plenary session is traditionally held.

3. MEETING
OF PARALLEL SECTIONS
During the conference, there will be eight parallel sections for each thematic direction.
Please specify in advance the time and place of the section according to your interests.
Date: November from 5 to 7, 2024

Break time: from 13:00 till 14:00
4. CLOSING
OF THE CONFERENCE
On the last day of the conference the second plenary meeting (round table) will be held, in particular summing up the results, highlighting the best reports and making decisions of the organizing committee.

RULES OF PARTICIPATION
To participate in the conference please fill out the online registration form for participation in the conference ("Make Submission") on the "REGISTRATION" page, which includes the title of the report, authors, abstract and thematic direction. After registration, you will be provided with a ID of participant, which is a unique identifier provided for each report submitted. Please save it.
It is also necessary to download abstracts of the report according to the proposed template on this site. It can be done both during registration or later, but definitely before the registration deadline.
After the conference registeration you need to upload abstracts of the report as an attached file using your registration data. The abstract file must be uploaded in MS Word format ("*.doc" or "*.docx"). The editorial board will send you a separate letter about the receipt of abstracts of the report.
The requirements and the template of abstract can be downloaded from the relevant links on the "PUBLICATION" page. The abstract must be two pages long. The title of the report should be as short as possible and reveal the main essence of the research that will be disclosed in the report. Please note that the maximum number of abstract authors is no more than four. One scientist can not be the author (co-author) of more than two abstracts.
If necessary, the information provided by you can be edited using your registration data, but no later than the deadline for submitting registration applications.
The conference abstracts is preliminarily reviewed by the organizing committee. The organizing committee reserves the right to reject an application for participation in the conference due to non-compliance with the registration procedure, inconsistency of the topic of the report with the directions of the conference, or due to lack of novelty. The author is responsible for the content and editing of abstract.
The fee for participation in the conference is UAH 100.
The amount of the fee is intended for the organizating, holding and technical support of the conference. Publications in the conference proceedings for KNUCA students and post-graduate students are FREE OF CHARGE.
In payment receipt please indicate the name, registration ID of the participants and the purpose of payment as follow:
"a voluntary donation for the fulfillment of statutory tasks (participation in the BMC-2024 conference)".
Accommodation, meals, travel tickets, as well as various cultural events are paid by the participants at their own expense.
Please note that a registered participant of the conference is anyone from whom complete registration data of the participant and organizational documents have been received within the established terms.
Registered participants are provided with a participant ID corresponding to one report. Please take into account, the maximum number of co-authors (speakers) can be no more than four. One scientist can not be the author (co-author) of more than two reports/abstracts.
